As copyright on campus continues to change, are you confused or uncertain about how copyright relates to teaching? Do you have examples of copyrighted materials (texts? images? music? video? . . . ) for which you’re not sure if permission is needed to copy, distribute, or perform them in your courses? This is intended to be an interactive session, so come prepared to share your copyright questions, and glean some tips on how to evaluate the copyright and permission status of materials you use or would like to use in teaching.

Mike will discuss the history of the fight for the university’s location, introducing the key players and arguments that were instrumental in positioning the U of L campus where it is today.
These presentations should have wide appeal to various departments on campus, so please tell your departments/friends/colleagues!
