Mindful U! Mindfulness and Meditation skills

Mindful U offers skills in mindfulness and meditation, which can lead to better mental and physical health. Research shows that mindfulness meditation can improve mood, academics, sleep, and life satisfaction. 

Mindful U consists of 4 classes, and is designed to help you learn mindfulness through the practice of specific skills that calm and focus your mind. If you are feeling pressured and stressed, or just interested in learning a new skill that can enrich your life, these classes are for you!

Beginners and experienced meditators welcome!

We are offering several classes this semester - because of the high demand, please do not register for more than one session of the Mindfulness for U class.

Thursdays November 5, 12, 19, 26 from 1:40-2:55pm

Deadline to register: November 3

Attendance at all four classes is required, so please double check your schedule to make sure the dates work for you.

If the registration form is unavailable due to a full session, please call 403-317-2845 and ask to be put on a waitlist.
