IT Services User Satisfaction Survey

We know it’s been a couple of years (okay, five…) since our last customer satisfaction survey but this year, and with some expert guidance, IT Services has committed to conducting an annual survey in order to provide better service to you, our clients.

On Monday, April 20th, approximately 1,200 faculty and staff members will receive (or will have received) an email invitation with a link to participate in a 10-minute survey. This is your opportunity to tell us what we’re doing right, what we’re doing wrong, and what we could do better.

Please take this few minutes to help us to attain our goal of providing an exceptional client experience that supports teaching, learning, research and the business needs of the University community. Thank you!
