Risk and Safety Services has developed a new online procedure for the application for service of alcohol at University functions and events. No more faxing or scanning to e-mail a hand written form simply complete the application at the below noted link and press send. Once submitted this form is automatically sent to Risk and Safety Services who will review and obtain the appropriate approvals. The applicant will receive notification via e-mail once the application is approved. Please note that submitting the application does not guarantee automatic approval.
In accordance with the University's alcohol policy an “Application for the Serving of Alcohol” must be completed and sent to Risk & Safety Services for approval at least seven (7) business days prior to the scheduled event. More notice may be required for extra-ordinary events that require additional planning.
