The University of Lethbridge People Plan identified six priorities for the 3-year plan. One of these was to support our supervisors and leaders by providing them with opportunities and resources for professional growth to support success. The Supervision and Leadership Speaker Series is in support of this strategy.
The purpose of the Speaker Series is to share expertise and talent already on campus with each other, start conversations, and highlight new approaches and developments. The first series has been developed with supervisors and managers in mind, but all faculty and staff are welcome to attend. For this, the first series there will be three sessions from February to April 2017. Please mark your calendars and join your fellow faculty and staff members.
