In this course, participants will acquire the tools necessary to establish an office record-keeping system that supports the effective management of University records. Participants will learn how to dispose of University records in accordance with the Records Management policy, transfer records to the University Records Centre for storage and send transitory records and student work to Records Management for shredding.
Prerequisite: Fundamentals of Records Management
