PUBlic Professor Series: AT HOME presents 5 Questions with Dr. Kevin McGeough

This event is from the archives of The Notice Board. The event has already taken place and the information contained in this post may no longer be relevant or accurate.

We are very excited to make the PUBlic Professor Series available to everyone in the comfort of their own homes. We encourage everyone to have fun with this, prepare some appetizers, pour themselves a beverage of their choice and tune into PUBlic Professor Series: At Home.

Join us on Facebook at 7pm on Thursday, June 11, 2020!

We recently caught up with Dr. Kevin McGeough to find out how his research has evolved since his PUBlic Professor Series talk in 2016. In this video, archaeology professor, Dr. McGeough, chats with associate dean, Dr. Jennifer Copeland, about what archaeology tells us about progress, decline, collapse, and pandemics.

This video is part of PUBlic Professor Series: At Home, where we catch up with speakers from the past six years, as well as learn about some of our upcoming speakers. We may be at home, but we can still stay connected through our shared love of lifelong learning.

This Q&A session will appear on Facebook Premiere @ulethbridge on Thursday, June 11 at 7pm. Viewers will be able to like, share and comment in real-time. The video will be saved and posted to Facebook so anyone unable to watch the Premiere live can view it at a more convenient time. Follow us on Facebook!  Sign-up for our mailing list.
