To participate in this study, you will attend one of the Lego® Serious Play® workshops that we are running in September. In the workshops, participants will receive free introductory training in the Lego® Serious Play® method from Dr. Stephen Dann who is a certified Lego Serious Play facilitator. Over the course of the workshop, you will play with legos both independently and collaboratively to track the effectiveness of the Lego® Serious Play® method in assisting you with explaining your solution to a hypothetical problem. The session will be video and audio recorded.
Each participant will attend one session that will run for approximately 2.5-3.0 hours. In appreciation for your time, you will receive an opportunity to learn about the world of Lego® Serious Play®, eat provided snacks, and receive a payment of $15.
