This 4 session workshop series will provide students with specific tools and strategies to manage exam anxiety.
If anxiety negatively impacts your academic performance, please consider attending. The sessions will provide you with knowledge, skills and tools that will benefit you both during your university years and after you begin your career. This workshop starts on Wednesday, January 16th at 12:00 p.m. and will be held every Wednesday at 12:00 p.m. for the next 3 weeks.
You will be registering to attend all 4 sessions (January 16, 23, 30, & February 6). Each session is 50 minutes.
If this does not work for your timetable, you will have an opportunity to attend on different days and times in February/March.
