Children of a Lesser God
Guest Speaker:  Prof. Paul Viminitz (Department of Philosophy)
Day/Date:  Tuesday, February 4 2020
Time:  3 to 4:30 p.m.
Location:  C-610

Abstract: Paul Viminitz introduces political theodicy, i.e. the engagement with faith traditions to ameliorate the evil we inflict on each other as members of collectives and in His name. Paul's research focuses on the cycle of predation between our three Peoples of the Book, i.e. Jews, Christians, and Muslims, and the Scriptures they have in common which, if only we'd attend to them, would provide that amelioration.

All welcome!
