Today is Blue Monday, thought by some to be the saddest day of the year. The science behind Blue Monday might be questionable, but we know that January can be a tough month of adjustments for students: the holidays are over and it’s the start of a new year and a new semester. The Student Success Centre is using Blue Monday to spread kindness and lift spirits across campus! Keep an eye out for gifts, small reminders, and free coffee! We also invite you to pay this kindness forward in whatever way you can and help contribute to a caring campus community.
