The University of Lethbridge's Centre for Oral History and Tradition (COHT) in partnership with the Galt Museum & Archives is offering a practical, hands-on:

Beginner Community Oral History Workshop

Date: November 24, 2017 (9:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.)

Cost: $70 (+GST) / person; $35 (+GST) / students & seniors

This workshop will focus on basic practical preparation for an oral history project, including the interviewing and transcription processes. Workshop leaders are scholars and project managers with professional and scholarly experience in oral history-based research.

Registration includes a full day of lectures, lunch and break refreshments, a workshop package including a booklet with guiding principles and helpful instructional information.

Spots are limited so early registration is encouraged!
