ARCHITECTURE & DESIGN NOW - Rafaela Marasco Speaks October 20th, 2014 at 6pm

This event is from the archives of The Notice Board. The event has already taken place and the information contained in this post may no longer be relevant or accurate.

Rafaela will be talking about her experience with Architecture and Urbanism in a point of view of someone who is at earlier stages in architecture career, exploring some of digital design tools, showing some of her student projects and also team work projects developed in different contexts such as Brazil and Spain, emphasizing different scales of buildings.

Rafaela de Castro Marasco is a recently graduated Architect and Urban Planner originally from Juiz de Fora, a medium sized city in Southeastern Brazil. Prior to graduation she worked at an architecture office in her hometown for two and a half years, where she learnt how projects are developed and had the opportunity to be involved with all stages of architecture design, from brainstorming to construction itself.  One semester before graduating she had the opportunity to work in an architecture firm in Seville, Spain, which allowed her to be in contact and help develop projects in Europe, in a totally different context than she was accustomed to in Brazil.

She has also worked as a freelancer designing projects related to interior and exterior design that came into reality.
