  • Connecting with Self and Others  

This is a process group for people curious about better understanding themselves and who they are in all types of relationships. This is a space for you to explore personal goals while reconnecting with the wisdom, strength, and resilience of both the participants and yourself. 

Tuesdays from 1:30 – 3:00pm, starting Oct. 2 until Nov. 27th


  • Exam Anxiety Workshop

This 4 session workshop series will provide students with specific tools and strategies to manage exam anxiety and enhance performance. It will be run throughout the academic year.

The first 4-part workshop series starts on Wednesday, September 12 at 3:00-3:50 pm in L1168   and runs for 4 weeks at the same time and place.

  • Crisis Support Group

This group is for students experiencing significant levels of emotional distress. Sessions will focus on specific and applied tools to manage stressors.

Group will run every Wednesday from 2:45-3:45 pm, starting Oct. 3rd until Dec. 12. Drop-ins welcome.


  • Don’t Hesitate to Meditate

This workshop is for students, faculty and staff interested in experiencing different forms of meditation. All levels welcome.

Wednesdays at 12:10-12:50 pm., in TH141.


  • Trauma Sensitive Yoga  

This small yoga class is designed specifically for those who have experienced complex, or interpersonal trauma such as sexual or domestic violence or childhood abuse. Class sizes are small, certain postures are not used, and there are no physical adjustments offered. It is an all-levels class and is welcoming to those who have no yoga experience. You choose how and when to move your own body throughout the practice. The class instructor is Heather Rowland. Tuesday’s 7-8pm, October 2nd – April 2nd. Ongoing registration: contact Whitney at
