A native of Scotland, Graham Tagg received his musical education at the Royal Scottish Academy of Music in Glasgow before joining the Scottish National Orchestra. After five years he then moved for three years to Iceland before coming to Canada to the Winnipeg Symphony Orchestra. Eighteen years later he decided to follow a freelance career and has performed extensively throughout Canada, USA, and Europe. He came to Lethbridge in 1998 from Toronto. He is currently Principal Violist with the Lethbridge Symphony Orchestra, Cranbrook Symphony, Musaeus String Quartet, and teaches violin and viola at the Music Conservatory. Graham also holds weekly fiddle classes, called Prickly Pears.
