Consultant work which produced initial planning studies evolved across a number of conversations, work sessions and on campus presentations with the aim of further refining initial concepts into three distinct planning directions or options. This work occurred between CP+A (Facilities) representatives and the planning team of Moriyama + Teshima Architects (MTA) both at the University and at the offices of planning partner Gibbs Gage Architects (GGA) in Calgary. The three conceptual options were reviewed and discussed jointly by the planning team, Facilities representation and key Senior Administrators including President Michael Mahon, Andrew Hakin and Nancy Walker.
Conceptual Plan Options A to C are presented in original form within this section of the website. At this stage of resolution, each option should be understood as fluid ideas in progress with only essential graphic detail appropraite at this early stage of resolution.
