Bridge Account Setup Error

Error received after setting up a new account via the Bridge

Sometimes students will receive the error below immediately after an account setup via the Bridge:

"There was a problem updating your Bridge Access record. Please contact the Solutions Centre at (403) 329-2490 or help@uleth.ca and give them the following error message:   Web Service Error: Password set in uleth domain BUT Unable to set google password for uleth.ca:" 

Finding a Lost iPhone

In the event you misplace your phone you still might be able to find it if one key feature is turned on in the device settings. That feature being the "Find My iPhone" app.

1. From your Home screen, Tap Settings > iCloud

2. If you’re asked to sign in, enter in your Apple ID

3. Scroll to the bottom and select “Find My iPhone”

Troubleshooting Alumni Email Migration from Student Email Account

If you are having difficulties with moving your @uleth.ca email to your @alumni.uleth.ca email account after following the instructions at http://www.uleth.ca/information-technology/resources-google-apps/new-grad the following troubleshooting steps will help resolve the issue:

1. Email Server:  Verify that the pop server is set to "Other" and enter "pop.gmail.com"
