Using Microsoft Explorer (File Explorer) to search contents on Windows 7

This can be handy if you cannot remember the name of the file that you are looking for or are trying to do a wide search for all files relating to a specific topic. By default, Windows Explorer is set to only search file names in non-indexed locations, but this setting can be changed so that Windows Explorer always includes file contents in its searches.

Microsoft Outlook uses the default blue colour prominently in your Outlook 2013/2016 inbox when new email messages come in, with a bold blue subject line and a blue bar indicating an unread message.

Outlook 2013 and 2016 will allow you to use Conditional Formatting in your inbox so unread messages will appear with whatever color and font style you like–you don’t have to stick to blue.
