University of Lethbridge Classification System
The University of Lethbridge Classification System (ULCS) is the detailed policy instrument that classifies University records into functional categories and determines how long they must be retained. It was last updated in January 2015. Watch this video to learn how to use the ULCS and find the retention rules that apply to your records.
