Collective Bargaining Updates

People are the essential resource of our institution; they define our university and are our greatest strength.

Through collective bargaining, the University of Lethbridge recognizes the importance of, and considers, the interests of all stakeholders within the University community. The U of L recognizes a commitment to negotiate with its union partners in good faith, with professionalism, with respect and in the spirit of collegiality and transparency and supports financially sustainable outcomes that recognize a need for responsiveness within a dynamic provincial fiscal environment.
