All Incoming Student Responsibilities

Once accommodation is assigned, you will be advised through an 'Offer of Accommodation' letter via the email address you provided upon application to housing. (Note: You should activate your U of L email account now.)

Please ensure that you have set up your U of L Email Account. This is the only way we will be able to retrieve your data. You will need your 9 digit U of L ID number provided by the Student Enrolment and Registrar Services.

Already Set Up Your Uleth Email Account?

You will be given approximately three weeks to respond to this Offer of Accommodation. (Not to be confused with an Offer of Admission from the Student Enrolment and Registrar Services).

Your Offer of Accommodation Letter (Email) must be printed, signed, and returned by the deadline date as stated in the offer. No extensions may be granted during the offer of accommodation process.

Failure to meet the deadline will result in:

Payment of your deposit fees will confirm your space in On-Campus Housing.

New University Students

  • $900 room deposit;

  • $500 Dining Plan deposit (MANDATORY room & board program for New university students)

  • Digital photograph emailed to Housing Services and indicate your U of L ID number | See Student ID Card Photo Requirements

  • Signed "Offer of Accommodation"

  • Update "Emergency Contact" information on The Bridge (See Instructions Below)

Continuing | Transfer | Mature Students

  • $900 room deposit

  • $500 dining deposit (Dining Plan is optional for Continuing | Transfer | Mature Students)

  • Digital photograph emailed to Housing Services and indicate your U of L ID number | See Student ID Card Photo Requirements

  • Signed "Offer of Accommodation"

  • Update "Emergency Contact" information on The Bridge (See Instructions Below)

Note: If paying by cheque, a cheque needs to be made payable to 'University of Lethbridge'

Updating Emergency Contact Information

How to complete your Emergency Contact Information:

1. Log onto The Bridge at www.uleth.ca/bridge

2. Select the Personal Information Tab

3. Select 'Update Authorized Designate and Emergency Contact'

4. If you have a person already assigned but their relationship to you is designated 'Authorized Designate' please change their relationship to 'Emergency Contact'

5. If you do not have anyone listed please select 'New Contact' at the bottom of the page and fill out the required fields and make sure to change the drop-down arrow from the default of 'Authorized Designate' to 'Emergency Contact'

6. Save changes and log out of the Bridge

Please ensure that you have completed all tasks as this will enable us to process your housing assignment.
