Carole Goodreau is currently working at the UofL as a university consultant with the field experience in Faculty of Education. This is her fourth year in this position and she loves working with the student teachers and interns!
Carole spent most of her formative years south of Calgary on a small ranch. After attending the University of Calgary and graduating with a Bachelor of Physical Education, she worked at the YMCA In Calgary as a programmer. She then returned to the University of Lethbridge to complete my B Ed., graduating in 1983. Carole spent her entire teaching career with Livingstone range school division. She taught Kindergarten to grade 12 and was a principal her last 8 years. Carole loved teaching, which is why she returned to the University so quickly after retiring in 2015!. Carole is currently a University of Lethbridge Senator, a board member of kidsport and the Allied arts council in Pincher creek. Carole and her husband (also a UofL grad) live in Pincher Creek, where they raised their son and daughter. She is very proud to be on the Senate and help to promote the University in the community.
