During the COVID-19 pandemic, Financial Services is providing most services remotely, apart from Shipping/Receiving, Mail Services and Cash Office Services who are on campus. For remote services, the best way to reach us is by emailing email@example.com to be redirected to available staff or emailing Financial Services personnel directly. Documents can be dropped off using inter-office mail service.
Although operational procedures may be adjusted to the current situation, all University policies are still in effect and must be adhered to. We recommend reviewing policies prior to incurring costs. No policy changes have been made to allow for home office furniture. Guidance on home office equipment/expenses are discussed in the expense or professional supplement policies.
