Fun Facts

The building was first intended to be a brick masonry building rather than pre-cast concrete.

Art was heavily utilized on the original interior as a cost effective means of 'humanizing' interior spaces and was the initial catalyst for the University's expansive art collection.

The original building was lit architecturally and celebrated until the late 1970's.
