Eduard holds a B.A. (Political Science) from the University of Lethbridge, an M.A. (Political Science) from Wilfrid Laurier, and an MBA from the University of Alberta. As a student, he received the Charles S. Noble Leadership Award (U of L) and the William S. MacGregor Award for Entrepreneurial Excellence (U of A). Eduard has been actively involved in the political process and was an Executive Assistant to both a Member of Parliament and Member of the Legislative Assembly. He is the inaugural CEO of Economic Development Lethbridge, and has been an active board member in both the private and non-profit sectors. He is currently Chairman of the Lethbridge Housing Authority. A strong supporter of the University of Lethbridge, Eduard teaches three different courses in the Dhillon School of Business and sits on the Management Advisory Board.
