State of the Nation 2012

The Science, Technology and Innovation Council (STIC) recently released the State of the Nation 2012 - Canada's Science, Technology and Innovation System: Aspiring to Global Leadership. This biennial report tracks, assesses and internationally benchmarks Canada's science, technology and innovation performance.
