Community University Research Exchange (CURE) event

ORIS hosted its inaugural Community/University Research Exchange (CURE) event in March. The event aimed to facilitate relationship building between community groups and University researchers. The daylong event began with welcome remarks from Dr. Daniel J. Weeks, Vice-President Research, and keynot remarks from Drs. Greg Pyle (Department of Biological Sciences), Judith Kulig (Faculty of Health Sciences), Kevin McGeough (Department of Geography) and Robbin Gibb (Department of Neuroscience). A guided poster session and reception followed in the afternoon.

ORIS would like to thank everyone who attended, presented or were otherwise involved. The event was a success.
