Through collaboration with the Western Canada Research Grid (WestGrid), the CRDC is a vital part of the Access Grid network. Through high-speed internet connections, Access Grid technologies enables distance-based collaborative and reseach projects through various institutions. The CRDC can connect to the Access Grid via a desktop solution located in the CRDC office (L1106) or through the multi-purpose videoconferencing room located in B716. The CRDC can provide both individual and group networked communication through desktop monitors or large projection screens.
