Are you looking for a challenge in the New Year? Welcome to FITT Boot Camp.
This Functional, Intense, Tactical Training will get you maximum results through an accelerated training system that will help you build a stronger, healthier, fitter body in less time than other training methods.
The program offers personal training coaches with the expertise and motivation to
allow you to achieve your fitness goals. If you are prepared to work hard, follow instructions and be committed to the program, we are prepared to give you the ultimate results.
FITT Boot Camp is designed to boost vitality and energy; super charge your
metabolism; firm lift and tighten; improve flexibility, cardiovascular endurance and overall strength; increase self-esteem and confidence; improve posture, reduce stress and promote dramatic inch loss; reduce body fat 3 to 5 per cent if not in the optimum zone, encourage optimum weight loss and, most of all, enjoy a healthier lifestyle while having a great time.
Participants of all ages and fitness levels who want results in a short time frame and who are willing to give 110 per cent effort, regardless of their fitness level, need only to apply.
Health benefits will start to happen within the first couple days of participation. Physical results will be attained within four weeks from the very first camp you take.
Classes start Jan. 12, 2009 and are offered five days a week. New in 2009, participants can register for one of three options: Monday to Friday; Monday, Wednesday & Friday; or Tuesday & Thursday.
