Drop - In - Yoga

DROP IN YOGA, Beginner/Flow

Fridays 12pm to 1:15pm

FREE with membership, a 10 punch pass or pay drop-in fee. Maximum of 20 people allowed per class.  This style of Yoga utilizes ancient postures with specific psycho-physical effects so as to promote a strong mind-body link.  Extensive use of breath control, focused inwards attention and exploration of silence will encourage a tranquil, meditative mindset.  Drop attachments to stress and worry in your life and develop increasing awareness and concentration.  Previous experience in at least 2 Beginner Yoga classes is recommended.
