Cancellation Policy

By Sport and Recreation Services

  • Programs cancelled due to insufficient enrolment or instructor availability will be fully refunded

By you

  • All cancellations must be received in writing; minimum of 5 days prior to the commencement of the activity/program
  • Refunds are not considered after the commencement of the activity/program

Administration Fee

  • $20 cancellation fee for registrants
  • $10 course transfer fee for registrants
