Our Programs

Depending on the program of study, the Faculty of Managment offers 11 majors. Degrees/Certificates offered: Bachelor of Management, Post-Diploma Bachelor of Management, Certificates in Management, and a Post-Baccalaureate Certificate in Accounting.

Our Philosophy

The Faculty of Management believes that Management education is about developing skills to adapt and succeed in today's every-changing workplace as well as learning how to utilize technology to advance a business or organization. It's about understanding management from an international perspective and being aware of global issues. But most of all, management education is about instilling responsible, value-based leadership in our students. At the University of Lethbridge, we're not just training managers; we're shaping tomorrow's leaders

What we Offer

The Faculty offers programs designed to provide students with the concepts, skills, and techniques common to all disciplines in the Management field, whether they plan to be entrepreneurs, corporate managers, or to enter any one of the many careers available to Management graduates.

The Classroom and Beyond

We believe the challenge is to guarantee that our students receive the kind of relevant and forward-looking education that will endure through changing social and organizational climates. Our students are exposed to up-to-date curriculum that's intellectually rigorous yet grounded in practical application. They participate in lectures and discussions, case studies, individual and group projects, skills workshops, consulting teams, competitions and have access to numerous ways to gain work experience. Co-operative Education, international work studies, Theory into Practice programs, and Applied Studies are just some of the many ways to gain knowledge and experience beyond the classroom
