Transcripts

Please Note:
  • The student's signature is always required before an Official Transcript can be released.
  • Official transcripts are sent directly between institutions.
  • Official transcripts are sent by regular mail. A charge will apply for any other method of delivery.
  • If you owe any fees to the University (including library fees), transcripts will not be released.

You may request academic transcripts:

In Person
By coming to the Registrar's Office and Student Services (ROSS) and personally completing the Transcript Request Form.

By Mail
By sending a letter, which must include:

  • the destination address (where you want the transcript sent).
  • your current address and telephone number, in case we need to contact you.
  • clear identification (i.e., ID number, full name under which you attended, birth date).
  • your signature.

By printing the Transcript Request Form, and mailing it to us.

By Email
If you have a current uleth.ca account. Send your request to transcripts@uleth.ca.

By Fax - 403-329-5159
In your faxed request, you must include:

  • the destination address (where you want the transcript sent).
  • your current address and telephone number, in case we need to contact you.
  • clear identification (i.e., ID number, full name under which you attended, birth date).
  • your signature.

Transcripts may be faxed to a destination upon request, but you must include a Visa or MasterCard number and expiry date with your request. The fees for this service are:

  • $2.00 within Alberta.
  • $3.00 outside Alberta.
  • $5.00 overseas.

Faxed transcripts are not considered official. An official transcript must be sent following a fax request.
