Deadline for Application for Visiting Student Authorization for Visiting Studies in the Fall 2013 semester.

If available, first day of registration for Open Studies and Visiting Students for the Fall 2013 semester.

New Student Welcome.

Orientation meeting and classes for Professional Semester I students in the Faculty of Education.

September 4

First day of classes. Maximum registration increases to six courses (18.0 credit hours) at 7:00 a.m.

Orientation meeting for students registered in Education 2500.

September 10

Last day for course add/drop and registration for the Fall 2013 semester, including independent study and undergraduate thesis courses. Registration via the Bridge closes at 11:30 p.m.

September 11 - 12

Registration for Audit Students.

September 11 - October 1

Submission of Credit/Non-Credit course designations to the Registrar’s Office and Student Services (ROSS).

September 13

Application deadline for applied studies.

September 20

Opt-out deadline for Students’ Union Health Plan and/or Dental Plan.

October 1

Fee deadline for the Fall 2013 semester.

WARNING: Your registration for the Fall 2013 semester will be cancelled due to non-payment of fees—you will be withdrawn from all courses and access to Blackboard/Moodle will be denied (see “Payment of Tuition and Fees” for more information).

October 15

Deadline for submission of Student Program Change Forms (for Spring 2014) to the Registrar’s Office and Student Services (ROSS).

October 18

Last day for withdrawal from individual courses offered in the first half of the semester only.

November 15

Students who withdraw by this date are assessed a percentage of fees. After this date, students are assessed full fees. (see the fee assessment schedule).

December 6

Last day of classes for the Fall 2013 semester.

Last day for application to the Faculty/School advising offices for Withdrawal with Cause for the Fall 2013 semester.

Last day for withdrawal from individual courses (including half-semester courses offered in the last half of the semester), or complete withdrawal, for the Fall 2013 semester. Students are assessed full fees (see the fee assessment schedule).

December 9 - December 17

Fall semester final examinations.

December 20

Last day for submission of final grades for the Fall 2013 semester. (Grades are entered into the system and are available on the Bridge as they are submitted. See “Final Grades”)
