1	Deadline for application and submission of documentation to the M.A. or M.Sc. Program for the Spring 2002 Semester. Deadline for application and submission of documentation to the M.Ed. Program for the Spring 2002 Semester. Deadline for application and submission of documentation to the Ph.D. Program for the Spring 2002 Semester.
7	Deadline for submission of Grade Appeal Forms for courses completed in Summer Session 2001 to the Faculty/School office.
8	Statutory Holiday - University offices closed.
9	Last day for withdrawal from individual courses, offered in the first half of the semester only.
13	Fall Convocation.
15	Deadline for submission of Program Declaration Forms (Degree, Major, Specialization, Minor, Concentration) to the Office of the Registrar.

A reminder to all international visa students- you must have adequate health insurance coverage! October 2 is the deadline to show proof of health insurance to the Health Centre. If you have not visited us and shown proof of insurance, you may not be able to pay your tuition or register next semester. Avoid delays and come to SU 020 to discuss your health insurance requirements.
