FINE ARTS 3100
Exploring Creativity
Study of creativity as it applies to various areas of human endeavour. The course will use several approaches to examine the topic, including lectures, films, seminar presentations, discussions, case studies, group work, exercises and creative projects.
Prerequisite: Second-year standing (a minimum of 30.0 credit hours).
Note: May not be counted toward the 13-15 courses required for the Art, Dramatic Arts, or Music Majors in the B.A. degree; or in the core courses in the B.F.A. or B.Mus. degrees.
A group tour in Canada or in a foreign country that enables students to broaden their educational studies by examining and/or experiencing other educational and/or cultural institutions and settings.
Prerequisite: Permission of Faculty.
Interdisciplinary topics in Fine Arts not covered by regular courses may be offered under this designation, depending upon student interest and availability of faculty time and expertise.
