Creating Spin-off Companies

The UILO is actively engaged in the creation and development of spin-off companies, based on U of L's research discoveries.

The UILO takes an active role in supporting and encouraging entrepreneurship in its many forms across campus, and provides guidance and advice to new companies affiliated with University.

Some of our services include consultation regarding business plans, market analysis, negotiations of contracts, and financing.
