The mandate of the Recruitment and Retention Project is to enhance and ensure sustainability with University student recruitment; to identify and implement strategies designed to enhance student retention; and to ensure that system level barriers to student success and engagement are removed.

Our Objectives

1. To increase learner success at the University of Lethbridge.
2. Enhance the focus of support services for learners.
3. Implement sustainable student enrolment strategies.
4. Continue to improve the quality, reputation and perception of the University of Lethbridge among students, alumni and the general community.
