To expand and enhance the learner focused service commitment to graduate level prospects that is currently provided for our undergraduate population.
To respond to a need as identified by Admissions and Graduate Studies offices across campus for a more effective application and admission system for Graduate level applicants.
To create an on-line Graduate level application and admissions process that will:
Facilitate a smooth progression through the various steps of applying and submitting the required supporting documentation necessary for admission consideration for the prospect.
Allow faculty and staff to more efficiently and effectively access information.
Outcomes of Success
Increased learner satisfaction as a streamlined system is implemented.
Increased staff productivity and reduction in overtime required by learner support services in scanning files.
Increased efficiencies with employees able to edit, update, and maintain learner files/information.
Ease/improve lines of communication and collaboration between units.

An in-depth review was conducted and a recommended solution was submitted November 18, 2011.
Approval received from project sponsors to proceed with a request for proposal for an online graduate application system November 22, 2011.
The request for proposal was issued January 27, 2012 with a closing date of March 2, 2012.
Three proposals are currently being reviewed in March, 2012 and the project has been operationalized to Admissions with a steering team.
The project has been operationalized to a cross-functional team of members from Graduate Studies, Admissions, and Information Technology.
Online application form went live July 2, 2013.
