October 13, 2010 City of Lethbridge approved a $3.5 million grant towards additional Campus Housing.
December 16, 2010 Board of Governors approved authorization for Request for Proposal for design consultants for new single student housing.
February 4, 2011 Design Consultant selected.
Board of Governors approval June 23, 2011 to proceed with project and request for funding.
Additional beds in U-Hall and Kainai House completed Sept. 30, 2011.
November 17, 2011 - Official Sod Turning for a 259-bed residence designed for returning and continuing students.
