Hourly Rate

• All graphic design services are based on an hourly rate
• Consultations can take between .5 and 2 hours

Quantities

• Print On Demand (POD) Digital Technology reduces production costs
  • For two or three copies or several thousand
  • Set-up fees may apply on small orders

Three Design Approaches

1. Client submits own FINAL design copy
2. Graphic designer starts from scratch
   • We can attend to all pre-press requirements including

Approval

• Designer provides you with a proof for your approval
  • 1-3 proofs are generally required
  • Additional proofs may delay project and result in surcharges
• You will be required to select one of the following statements

[ ] The attached proof is approved and ready to print. I understand that any errors existing on this approved proof will be printed and that any additional costs incurred to fix these errors are my responsibility.

[ ] This job may be printed with the attached changes. I understand that errors will be fixed at no additional charge but changes to the original design will be charged at the quoted hourly rate.

[ ] Please make the attached changes and submit a new proof. I understand that errors will be fixed at no additional charge but changes to the original design will be charged at the quoted hourly rate.

Ordering

• You will be asked to sign-off on a copyright statement

[ ] I hereby certify that, unless properly referenced, no portion of my material has been previously copyrighted and that, in instances where my use of copyrighted materials exceeds the usual fair use provisions, I have obtained the written permission of the copyright owner.
