John M. Usher is a Professor of Organization Theory & Strategy at the University of Lethbridge, a Research Affiliate of the Prentice Institute for Global Population & Economy, Vice President/President Nominate ofthe University of Lethbridge Faculty Association (ULFA), and was Dean of the Faculty of Management. Heis currently exploring the application of niche width theory to multi-unit organizations and the impact ofmanagement and accounting control systems on the productivity of university research centres.
