Special Ceremony - School of Liberal Education

This event is from the archives of The Notice Board. The event has already taken place and the information contained in this post may no longer be relevant or accurate.

For more than 50 years, Indigenous culture has been woven into the fabric of the University of Lethbridge, enriching programming, teaching and research, and creating an environment where students find community, support and success.

We are Iniskim, meaning Sacred Buffalo Stone, and are proud to celebrate the rich cultural heritage, beliefs and relationships of the Blackfoot people by accepting the Blackfoot image of the turtle as a symbol of our School of Liberal Education.

Join the University of Lethbridge School of Liberal Education and the Blackfoot Confederacy at a ceremony to mark this special occasion.
