Exam Anxiety Workshop

The 3 session workshop series will provide students with specific tools and strategies to manage exam anxiety. Students have been sharing their increased success in utilizing the skills they have learned in previous workshops that help with preparing for exams and other situations where anxiety may occur.

If anxiety negatively impacts your academic performance, please consider attending. The sessions will provide you with knowledge, skills and tools that will benefit you both during your university years and after you begin your career.
