The History Department Colloquium presents the following:

This talk begins with a brief examination of the culture of university students in the 13th Century.

It then discusses the differing student cultures in Canadian universities during the period 1900 - 1930.

The talk will also explore hazing and student rituals and initiations in the years 1900 - 1940.

A question and answer period will follow.
