Bell Let’s Talk Day is January 31: You’re invited to get engaged in the world’s biggest conversation about mental health right here on campus! On Bell Let’s Talk Day, Bell will donate more towards mental health initiatives in Canada, by contributing 5¢ for every applicable text, call, tweet, social media video view and use of Bell's Facebook frame or Snapchat filter.

How to contribute to the conversation on campus:

Wednesday, January 24th – Student Services Fair

10am-2pm in the PE Foyer

  • Swag giveaway (toques, talk bubbles, pins)
  • Toques: anyone with a toque will receive free admission to the Men’s Hockey game at Nicholas Sheran on Friday, January 26th
  • Banner: students and staff sign as a pledge to continue the conversation
  • Talk bubbles: students and staff write mental health messages that can be displayed on campus
  • Photo Booth: take a picture with your BLT swag!
  • chat with us about mental health
  • learn about mental health resources on campus and in the community

Wednesday, January 31st – Bell Let’s Talk Day

12-4pm in Anderson Hall

  • Swag giveaway (toques, talk bubbles, pins)
  • Banner: students and staff sign as a pledge to continue the conversation
  • Talk bubbles: students and staff write mental health messages that can be displayed across campus
  • chat with us about mental health
  • learn about mental health resources on campus and in the community
  • Take selfies and photos and post to social media with the hashtags: #bellletstalk #oneteamformentalhealth #ulethbridge
  • Show your support, help fight the stigma around mental illness and drive Bell’s donations to mental health – talk, text and join in on Twitter, Facebook, Instagram and Snapchat on Bell Let’s Talk Day
