WHO: Open to University of Lethbridge students. Seeking to cast 6F, 4M, and 2X (any gender)
WHAT: 1 MONOLOGUE (COMEDIC) – Under 2 minutes in length; 1 MOVEMENT PIECE – Approximately 1 minute
SHE KILLS MONSTERS
High school teacher Agnes is morning her deceased younger sister Tilly. When she finds a notebook containing a Dungeons & Dragons scenario that Tilly had created, Agnes enlists a dungeon master to help her in playing the game. Through monsters, magic, and an epic quest, Agnes discovers buried secrets about the sister she never really knew.

CALLBACKS: Sunday, September 9, 2018 | 1 - 5 pm in University Theatre
MOVEMENT PIECE: Dancing, fencing, gymnastics, martial arts, puppetry, or some other exciting feat - Use your body to create something dynamic! Music is helpful but not required. Keep your piece to 1 minute or less.
SCRIPTS: Please read the full play. Scripts are on reserve in the University Library under DRAMA PRODUCTION.
REHEARSALS: October 1 - November 5, Sunday through Thursday. Mandatory fight workshops held on September 16 and 23.
SHOW DATES: November 6 - 10, 2018
- Exciting script with ensemble cast, puppetry, swords, and general badassery
- The play contains strong language and some sexual content. Characters may wear revealing clothing. (Consider your comfort level with this before committing to a role.)
- Students from outside of the Department of Drama are welcome to audition.
