AB-SPOR Training Program session #6 - Accessing Data in Alberta
Lunch & Learn from Experts in Patient-Oriented Research
Wednesday, September 20, 2017 from 12:00 - 1:00 p.m. in room TH241.
This seminar will provide an introduction to the SPOR Methods and Data Platforms, followed by a detailed look at the use of how the APPROACH (Alberta Provincial Project for Outcome Assessment in Coronary Heart Disease) and Alberta Health Services Secondary use data stores are linked and used in practice, along with a look at some of the current data available through the Data Platform. Presenters are Jeff Bakal and Danielle Southern.
