The Building Maintenance Department would like to advise the occupants of Piikani House and the community at large that weeping tile will be installed along the NW face. The work is necessary to alleviate water infiltrating the foundation wall which caused major interior damage and evacuations last fall during a driving rain storm. Work will commence on October 27, 2006 and weather permitting, the majority of the work will be completed by November 03. We regret to inform you that there will be some construction noise during various phases of the project. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
