As part of LPIRG's Waves of Change: Exploring the Future of Water, a speakers panel will address the question "How can we secure sustainable water resources for generations to come?"
Panelist are Joseph Rasmussen, U of L Biological Sciences Professor and researcher with the Water Institute for Semi-arid Ecosystems, Jim Byrne, U of L Geography Professor, environmentalist, activist, author, and TV producer, Kathleen Murphy with Alberta Environment, and Bob Sandford, Chair of the UN Water for Life Decade Partnership in Canada.
The speakers panel will be at noon on Tuesday, January 23 in the atrium.
